What exactly will I get inside the Intellikit?
With each Intellikit, you receive:
Can I purchase a single box?
Not at the moment - we urge you to purchase a subscription, to reap the benefits of the Intellikit Learning Program. However, should you want to sample the activities, you could try our Trial Box.
What happens when I purchase the 3 month subscription?
When you purchase the 3 month subscription, you agree to pay for 3 Intellikits at a time, and you get a better price, as opposed to 3 individual Intellikits. More importantly, you will give your child the opportunity to holistically develop, as each Intellikit services a certain set of skills, which over time, and over multiple Intellikits, activate all aspects of age appropriate development. In a 3 month subscription, you will receive an Intellikit each month over a 3 month period.
What age groups is the Intellikit available for?
At present, the Intellikit is available for the age groups of 2 to 3 years, 3 to 4 years & 4 to 6 years.
Will my child be able to use the Intellikit independently?
If you're the parent of a 2 or 3 year old, parental supervision is extremely important. Older children, in the age group of 3 to 4 years & 4 to 6 years will be able to use the Intellikit independently, with minimal supervision.
Is Shipping free?
Absolutely! You don't pay for shipping when you buy an Intellikit(Subscription). However for Trial Box shipping charges might be applicable as per site conditions.
Where all is the Intellikit shipped?

Applicable refund against the cancelled product will be credited to your FirstCry Cash Wallet, which can be further used during your next purchase with us or may be transferred to your respective bank / card / wallet by logging into your FirstCry Account.
What if I want to deactivate my subscription after 1 month or 2 months?
Intellikit subscription deactivation is allowed for kits which are not shipped or delivered to the customer. Since you have received your first kit (first two kits), the subscription amount of your remaining kit(s) will be transferred to your FirstCry Cash Wallet.
What should I do if I get stuck during the process?
You can always write to us on [email protected] or request for a call back using the CALL ME BACK feature.
What is the Trial Kit and how is it different?
The Trial Kit is to give you a taste of what the Intellikit contains - it's like the trailer to a movie! Inside the Trial Kit, you will receive 3 activities, a sample calendar and a sample tracker, to give you an idea of what you will receive in the complete Intellikit. However, you will not receive 5 remaining activities, the very informative Intellicards or the full set of worksheets.
What if my child in unable to do the activities?
This is not unusual - and the Intellikit is designed to account for it. If your child is unable to perform the activity, take a break, and try repeating it in a day or two. Children at this age learn through repetition, and it is when your child repeatedly engages in the activity and the skills it uses, that your child is actually developing! Another option you have is to try the reinforcement activities mentioned in the manual and the calendar - these utilise the same skill sets and are another way to maximise learning.
