Usage Directions
product can be prepared by mixing powder with milk or drinking water. Mix 3 tablespoons approximately 27.3g powder in 130 ml of milk OR Mix 5 tablespoons approximately 45.5g of powder in 190 ml of water

For extra precaution, fold the foil pouch after every use to avoid powder exposure to environment.
